We provide custom design services, including brand design, web design, and copywriting. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement specific to your project.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Payment must be received in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are listed in USD.
3. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure you’re ready to commit before booking.
4. Project Timeline
Timelines vary based on the scope of your project and will be communicated clearly at the start of our work together. Delays in feedback or content delivery from the client may result in a longer turnaround time.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage
Final deliverables are licensed for your business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our work in template libraries, design marketplaces, or similar platforms. We retain the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. One-Time Purchase
Our services are offered as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. If you’d like ongoing support or updates, we’re happy to chat about custom retainers or follow-up packages.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
